About Your Care in Pennsylvania

Most primary care visits move fast because they have to. Dr. Shakeilla Smithbey built her practice around a different pace: a full hour for your first visit, spent actually connecting nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and lab results instead of treating them as separate problems. Indiana patients in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Carmel, Fishers, Bloomington, and Hammond can now get that kind of care without leaving home.

Indiana is on Eastern Time, so appointments run 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

At Tree of Life Integrative Family Medicine, care goes beyond treating symptoms. Evidence-based primary care meets lifestyle medicine and integrative principles: nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and emotional well-being, addressed together, because you're a whole person, not a diagnosis.
