Root-Cause Medicine, Minnesota Hours
Minnesotans are used to good medicine — and to waiting for it. Dr. Shakeilla Smithbey, MD, offers a different entry point: an hour-long first visit by video that looks at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and lab data together, rather than a rushed problem-of-the-day appointment. She sees patients in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud, Mankato, and Moorhead, plus lake country and the Iron Range.
Minnesota shares the practice's home time zone, so scheduling is simple: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Central, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
At Tree of Life Integrative Family Medicine, healthcare goes beyond treating symptoms. We combine evidence-based primary care with lifestyle medicine and integrative healthcare principles — looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and emotional well-being — to address the whole person, not just the disease.
