Built for Nevada Schedules & Nevada Distances

Nevada runs on shift work and long highways. If you close out a night shift on the Strip, or if the nearest clinic is an hour of open road from Elko, a scheduled video visit is often the only version of primary care that actually happens. Dr. Shakeilla Smithbey, MD, sees patients in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and rural Clark, Washoe, Elko, and Nye counties.

Most of Nevada is on Pacific Time, putting appointments at 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM PT, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday — workable if you're coming off overnights. In West Wendover and other Mountain Time pockets, that's 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

At Tree of Life Integrative Family Medicine, healthcare goes beyond treating symptoms. We combine evidence-based primary care with lifestyle medicine and integrative healthcare principles — looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and emotional well-being — to address the whole person, not just the disease.
