About Your Care in New York
Dr. Shakeilla Smithbey completed her residency in Family and Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx — training built around treating whole communities, not just presenting complaints. She now brings that approach to New Yorkers by video: the five boroughs, Yonkers, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, Albany, Syracuse, Utica, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, the Finger Lakes, and the North Country.
Appointments run 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
At Tree of Life Integrative Family Medicine, healthcare goes beyond treating symptoms. We combine evidence-based primary care with lifestyle medicine and integrative healthcare principles — looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and emotional well-being — to address the whole person, not just the disease.
